  1. Best thing for your body Great value!If you do the research you will find that ascorbic acid is the best form of C. Although Liposomal C (mixed with oil/fat) is the most bio-available it’s also way too expensive. There are many other types of C in the form of sodium ascorbates, but this is the best and least expensive.
