  1. Best Alzheimers food bible Ive ever read! A must read for every family! What an awesome resource! My husband and I have four senior aging parents and one centenarian grandmother and Alzheimer is what everyone is worried about. Its ok to live long but to live long with dignity and cognition of who you are. I can honestly say that this book is a great resource in really going through each of the food options that may feed your brain to prevent Alzheimer. From what I read, I can say that our centenarian grandmother does the eggs, sweet potatoes and nuts…
